A New Years resolution. . . for women who want to attain a gorgeous inner and outer glow.

Getting plenty of sleep may not be enough to reverse daily environmental damage to skin, but by taking advantage of the natural renewal process our bodies go through every night and making a little extra time in your night time beauty routine, you can experience beauty that goes beyond skin-deep. With products that are working whilst you sleep you quite literally can be rest assured that your skin is getting the best treatment it deserves.

steep some chamomile tea and pop on your PJ’s, then follow this simple guide for effortless beauty and wake up feeling radiant, rested and feeling alive.

Cleanse: Take time to prepare the skin by cleansing thoroughly, it is really important to remove all traces of daily grime, sweat and make-up.

Exfoliate: Exfoliating your face regularly helps to remove dead skin cells that block pores, and it helps promote a clearer complexion.
Face Mask: Give your skin a boost by applying a face mask once a week to target problem areas.

A Relaxing Bath: A nice warm bath an hour or so before your sleep time may help you relax and feel sleepy. Warm water benefits your circulatory system while relieving tension and relaxing your body into peacefulness.

Moisturiser: Achieve maximum benefit to your skin by choosing a moisturiser made for your skin type and have your skin looking refreshed, replenished and healthy by the morning.

Eye creams: Improve the circulation and condition of your eye area to alieviate dark eye circles and bags, it is important however to apply the serum or cream sparingly at night. Too much on the area can contribute to the problem because of an increase in water build up.

Lip Care: Applying moisturiser to lips at night can help fight against chapped lips due to central heating and winter chills.

Did you know that Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe insisted on sleeping in satin or silk sheets!

And Victoria Beckham swears by wearing cotton gloves and socks after moisturising at night, to help lock in the moisture while she sleeps.

Sweet dreams. . .
